The NCG Annual Meeting 2024 brought together leading oncology experts, doctors, and healthcare leaders to explore the future of cancer care through collaboration and innovation. Over two days, participants engaged in impactful discussions, breakout sessions, and meaningful exchanges, all aimed at advancing cancer treatment and accessibility across India and beyond.
The event showcased the National Cancer Grid's commitment to digital health transformation. The NCG KCDO team presented its initiatives to a highly engaged audience, receiving a positive response from the oncology community. Professionals can enroll via the NCG E-learning Portal.
Breakout sessions provided valuable insights into areas such as regional cancer initiatives, collaborations with ASEAN and BIMSTEC, and the North East chapter of NCG. These discussions explored innovative strategies for advancing cancer control, fostering global partnerships, and addressing patient needs through tailored solutions. The meeting also served as a platform for engaging with the public and patients, with a powerful panel discussion focusing on their expectations and experiences.
The conference highlighted the importance of thoughtful, actionable recommendations, with a particular focus on refining digital health workflows, standardizing practices, and integrating palliative and mental health support into oncology care. These collaborative efforts underscore the NCG’s mission to make cancer care more accessible, efficient, and patient-centric.
